Amazing! Our quotes are in a pdf format with an integrated Excel Spreadsheet. Guys from EntryRocket were able to make a parser file that grabbed information from the Excel and the body of our pdf Quote. All we do is email our pdf quotes to the dedicated email address and they pop up in Xero Draft invoices for us to approve. What is a parser?
A parser is a custom computer program that extracts data from your files and converts it into a format Xero understands. We can implement all kinds of custom rules in parser code… like deducting commission fees from amounts, splitting amounts into multiple invoice line items, adding commission fees to the invoices… etc.
How many files can I send?
There are no limitations on how many files you can send per day or per month. EntryRocket will process all files you send to us. Only existing limitations are the ones set by Xero. According to Xero, we can create up to 1000 records per day on your behalf.
What does setting up in this case mean?
Our setup is a process where we communicate with you and build a custom parser for your files based on your requirements. During this process we learn from you how you want data from your files imported into Xero and we transfer all that knowledge into custom parser code. At the end of this process you will have the chance to actually test EntryRocket against your Xero account and make sure everything is working smoothly. 100% satisfaction and accuracy are guaranteed.
How long does the setting up process take?
The setting up process usually takes 2-3 days, depending on how quickly we can get answers to few short questions from you. You will have a chance to see your data imported into our test Xero account before you approve it, so we can fine tune it to your liking before you start feeding invoices into your Xero.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer volume discounts depending on the number of documents we need to create in Xero on your behalf. If our current plans don’t fit your needs, please contact us for special discounted pricing.
When can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription whenever you want. If you decide to cancel your subscription you will be charged for the current month for using the service. Of course, you will be able to continue to use EntryRocket until the end of your subscription.
Do you do one time conversions?
Unfortunately, we don't do one-time conversions as costs of it far outweigh what we normally charge, so we specialize in ongoing data imports only. Other companies are probably better equipped to help you with that.
